Ordered an unlock code for my husbands phone as we now live abroad and his UK provider wouldn't give him the correct unlock code. Only waited 2 days, over a bank holiday too and the code worked instantly. He can now use his smartphone here instead of having to carry two phones around!
very VERY pleased :) I tried another company first and after waiting for 14+ days, they refunded my money and told me they failed in unlocking my Iphone SE (which was locked on O2 through GiffGaff). I tried Mobile Unlocked though a link on the GiffGaff website (and got a small discount because of that) and my phone was unlocked after ca. 1 week. Very happy!
There was I thinking that I'd have to find time to trek down to the phone shop next day to get an old phone unlocked...that was until I found this site online! Always cautious and wary, I was debating whether or not to give it a try. I'm very glad I did as it saved me time and travel with me able to get the phone up and running within minutes during the evening instead of having to wait until the next day when the shops opened. Very impressed and easy to do for yourself :-)
Excellent service, code delivered a day and a half after a day and a half to my email address, and the code worked straight away!
I am what you would call a complete technophobe... however I found the mobileunlocked.com website so easy to use and the fact you can pay by paypal was also a bonus. The instructions are simple to follow and the emails they send you to explain what to do next were also very self-explanatory. The unlock code was sent within 15 minutes and my phone was unlocked, as promised before the specified time. Highly recommended. Many thanks.
Multinational conglomerate companies do not come any bigger than the Samsung Group. The company was founded in 1938 by Lee Byung-chul and still has its headquarters in Samsung Town, Seoul. The company was initially extremely diversified and had was involved in food processing, insurance, retail and entered the shipbuilding industry in the 1960’s. In 1987 Samsung was split into a number of subsidiaries including Samsung Electronics (the world’s largest IT Company). Within Samsung electronics is the Samsung Telecommunications division. They are responsible for producing a range of products including mobiles, MP3’s, Tablets and a number of other mobile devices. In 2007 they reported 45% growth and had become the world’s second largest mobile device manufacturer. By the beginning of 2012 Samsung has been selling over 300 million mobile devices per year and is the largest manufacturer of devices running the Android operating system, with a 46% market share. The Samsung Galaxy series of smartphones is widely considered to be among the best smartphones ever created and its latest incarnation rivals the likes of the iPhone and the HTC One. Samsung are now amongst the most popular phones in the world and are very popular phones for unlocking as well. If your Samsung was purchased from a network, it is highly likely to be locked, and won't accept SIM cards from an alternative network. We would suggest trying this prior to ordering an unlock code - just to be sure. We send 4 different types of unlock codes for every Samsung order. These include the different unlock codes themselves, which relate to the different type of locks that may be active on your phone, and the "Defreeze" or "Master" code, which is used to reset any previous failed unlocking attempts. The most popular of the Samsung handsets currently are the ones with the Android operating system running. These are very simple to unlock, in most cases simply requiring the user to insert a non-accepted SIM card (a SIM card from any network other than the original) and entering the code when prompted.
