I bought a Samsung Galaxy On5 in USA, but I live in Mexico. The phone had a contract with Metro PCS, a company that provide phone service in a small part of US, but not in my country. After several unsuccessful attempts to unlock the phone in real stores of phone service (even in Samsung service centers) I decided to use a internet service. But when I searched about it, I found many warnings about sham sites and so. Then I find a site showing a big list of this companies, showing the ratings and reviews. MobileUnlocked was by far the company with more reviews, and had almost perfect score. I went to their site and saw that looked like very professional and sober, and also had a REFUND POLICY if they were unable to unlock your phone (NOTE: I only found this company with a refund policy). I sent a message to them asking some things, they answered me promptly. I wrote two additional times before paying and they answer quickly and clearly. When I finally made the deposit, they wrote to me explaining that my code for unlocking would take 1-2 business days, but it came in one hour. The code works perfectly.
Got the code the same day, the e-mail did go in my junk folder but I was aware it might so no problems. Phone unlocked and being used, no need to wait ages to use the phone. Fantastic!
Works just as advertised, paid, waited 3 days then received an email confirmation that the phone was unlocked Followed the instructions included in the email, simple process. Gladly recommend
Simple, fast and cheap unlock of my son's O2 HTC M8 when we changed provider.
Used before it was fast and efficient. Back then it stated 3-7 days got it on around the forth! which I thought was great! Recommended to a friend this time round and the service is even better got it the next day lol Absolutely thrilled with Mobileunlock.com well worth the money will definitely keep recommending to friends. There was nothing I could honestly say I didn't like about the service. Thanks guys.
