New Support Helpdesk at Mobile Unlocked

We're proud to announce that we have a new dedicated Support Helpdesk for Mobile Unlocked.
The new helpdesk will allow us to assist prospective and existing customers faster than before, with more tracking tools on our end to ensure that customer requests are visible and dealt with promptly.
We are also in the process of building up a knowledge base, so that as we answer more general questions, the answers to those questions will be posted on the Helpdesk for customers to access without having to email us.
The tool is run by the award winning company Zendesk who power customer support software for thousands of online companies.
You will also notice that on every page of the (newly redesigned) Mobile Unlocked there is an Ask Us button on the left hand side of the page. Just click that to ask us any question you have about the service, or about an existing order.
