Some our loyal and returning visitors may have noticed that there has been a slight change in our URL lately. We're now officially a .com!
It has been a few months in the making but we officially made the change from .co.uk over the weekend. So if you do find any bugs on the site, please do bear with us (or let us know) as we get them all fixed and working as they should be. The excellent service we provide hasn't changed at all and we are still the same smiley people as before.
Being a dotcom doesn't mean that we've uprooted our UK base either. We're still entirely staffed in the UK and will continue to be so. We take great pride in being the largest phone unlocking provider in the UK and that is something we don't want to change. We know a lot of you guys also like talking to our customer service representatives based here and that's hugely important to us and the company we want to be.
However, being a dotcom does give us the opportunity to take our business further afield and help tons of other people around the world unlock their phones. Because we are quite simply the best business in the industry, we think everyone should feel safe and in good hands when unlocking a phone - something that for most people isn't something they've done before.
So, cheers to a new era!
