Service was good, my phone got unlocked in a week
I'm surprised this actually worked. I thought I'd risk the £20-£30 they charge to see if there's any result. 9 days later they email me saying my phone is now unlocked. I realised on the 11th day that the email was in my junk box. Anyways cut to the chase, my phone is now unlocked. Went from O2/giffgaff to EE. Once they tell you that the phone is unlocked, you get an email containing instructions. Very simple. Would definitely recommend it. Only criticism I can give is, I'd have liked the process to have been quicker, but that's just nit picking. Thanks for the unlock.
I was a bit skeptical at first - because of it being over the internet and the do-do that Vodafone gave me about not being able to unlock for a certain amount of days or something, but I went ahead and purchased it anyway because of the positive reviews. Needless to say, the service provided worked. The only reason I give it four stars is because it took about eight working days to get it unlocked - which is understandable due to them having to get people from the mobile providers to do it. It does say allow up to 28 days or whatever it was just in case, but, in my opinion, for the service to be five star the delivery must get to you within a few working days - no matter the make / model. That's the only negative I have. All in all, this is a very good service which keep you updated via a tracking system - that does work, unlike some others out there. The phone I got unlocked was an iPhone 4s.
Would certainly use again and highly recommend. The unfreeze code that is also sent along with the network unlocking code was a life saver!
I ordered the unlock code for my Samsung Galaxy S6 with an estimation time of 1-3 days, it took less than 10 hours and was easy and straightforward and at an affordable price. Will definitely be recommending this service to anyone I know who needs their phone unlocked!
