An IMEI number is a form of identification that’s unique to your phone. It consists of 15 digits and it’s stored on the Equipment Identity Register (EIR) . This is a central register used by mobile operating systems to store and track data about every phone.
Your IMEI is a vital piece of information, because you can’t unlock your phone without it. But it takes more than simply knowing the number. You can’t, for example, use your IMEI to manually unlock your phone yourself. The information needs to be adjusted in the central manufacturers database. And only whitelisted software like Mobile Unlocked has the relevant access to do that.
Don’t know your IMEI? You can find it in your ‘Settings > About’ screen, under the battery, or by dialling *#06# on your device.
Many iPhones have a behind-the-scenes lock that stops them from working on other networks. This means that if you got your phone from Optus, for example, you can’t swap your Optus SIM card with a SIM card from Telstra or Three Mobile. If you try, chances are you’ll get a ‘SIM not supported’ message.
To activate the new SIM card you need to successfully unlock and remove the network lock on your iPhone.
How to unlock iPhone 11 Pro Max to any network? The solution’s easy. Mobile Unlocked can deliver permanently unlocked iPhone 11 Pro Max models to use with any SIM, on any compatible network, in a couple of clicks. Just locate your phone’s IMEI and enter it below:
It doesn't matter what network your iPhone is registered to, whether it’s GSM or CDMA. Or what version of the iPhone 11 you’ve got. Our software works on the iPhone 11 model, the iPhone 11 Pro model and the iPhone 11 Pro Max model.
Our iPhone network unlock takes place online. This speeds up the process but it also means you don’t experience any break in service because your phone stays safe with you the whole time. It also avoids any draining calls to your networks customer support line. Or lengthy on-hold waits. There are no forms to fill in or criteria to meet.
You don’t need an unlock code either, because your device is unlocked remotely or 'over the air' using an authorized process called 'whitelisting'. Whitelisting is an automated process that allows software like Mobile Unlocked to scan Apple's device database. With access to this database, our software can source the IMEI number of your iPhone and remove its locking status.
That done, your iPhone is permanently unlocked and ready for you to insert your new SIM card. The process won’t affect your warranty, and it won’t be affected by any subsequent software updates.
Our network unlock method is compatible with the iPhone 11 and other iterations of the device including the iPhone 11 Pro and the iPhone 11 Pro Max. But it also works on the following Apple devices and iPhone models:
iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus , iPhone 14 Pro, iPhone 14 Pro Max, iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 13 Pro Max, iPhone 12, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone 12 Pro Max, iPhone Xr, iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, iPhone X, iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus, iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone SE, iPhone 5, iPhone 5C, iPhone 5S, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 3, iPhone 3GS, and iPads.

There are lots of immediate and long-term benefits to removing the network lock from your iPhone 11. It saves money immediately but gives flexibility and freedom moving forwards. But it’s not the only locking challenge you might want to resolve. From a lock screen to a disabled device, here are the most common phone locking problems with tips on how to solve them.
A key security feature, the iPhone 11 Pro Max screen lock works in two ways. You can unlock using an alphanumeric passcode, a pin code or use Face ID (facial recognition).
If you bought a used iPhone, the previous owner’s passcode may still be active, preventing you from logging on as you keep using the wrong password. Face ID won’t work either.
If it’s a new phone, you may have simply forgotten your passcode.
Either way, the outcome’s the same. Not only will you be unable to use your phone. But enter the wrong passcode too many times and you’ll disable the device.
With Mobile Unlocked you can unlock your iPhone 11 without a passcode or Face ID, even if it's been disabled or its screen is broken. And it doesn’t involve a factory reset of your device. Which means your data and settings stay safe and in place.

Your iPhone 11 device model will be linked to an Apple ID account. Your account consists of an email address and a password. If you don’t know the Apple ID details linked to your iPhone you can’t access Apple services. These services include: the App Store, Apple Pay, Apple Music, iCloud, FaceTime, iTunes and more. You won’t be able to use or turn the ‘Find My’ app off either.
No problem.
You can resume access to all Apple services in seconds by deleting the locked or disabled iCloud account. This will then allow you to:
Wait a few seconds for your unlock to complete.
If you’re locked out of your phone because you don’t know the password, you can also use iTunes to activate a factory reset. It's the best way to remove all lock screens. But be warned, this will erase all of the data, settings and passwords in your iPhone. Remember to backup your data if you can.
TIP: If your computer hasn’t previously synced your iPhone to iTunes, it may not detect the mobile device. In this case, you’ll need to put it into ‘Recovery Mode’ first. To do this:
If you know your Apple login details you can use the ‘Find My’ app on iCloud.com to unlock a disabled phone or get past the lock screen. But, again, this option requires a factory reset, which means a loss of all data, password and settings. It also requires you to have previously enabled the feature on your locked mobile device.
Included as part of the iOS 15.2 update, you can erase the device's lock screen without connecting to a PC. But you need to make sure your device is running on that updated version and is connected to a cellular or Wi-Fi. You will need the Apple ID and password used to set up the device. And you will experience a factory reset which will delete all of your data including the passwords.
Amazing really easy and I love how this works and I don't have to go to the store just to unlock! Really cheap too 10/10 must recommend.

Nice service, I tried so hard to get at&t to unlock my phone which I purchased from them and its impossible. You unlocked my first phone so fast, it was great and simple. I first thought the money was a little high but it so much better than spending another grand on a new phone.
