The following are the Terms and Conditions of orders placed with MOBILEUNLOCKED.COM. Upon ordering from MOBILEUNLOCKED.COM you confirm your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
LEGALITY OF SERVICE
All of the services offered on this website are entirely legal.
DELIVERY OF UNLOCKING SERVICE
- For orders where the delivery method is 'IMEI' or 'DELAYED IMEI', unlock codes are delivered via internet browser. On the completion of a paid order, customers are re-directed automatically to a page which will either:
1. Calculate unlock code(s) in real-time.
2. Order codes from a supplier which will normally be provided within the 'TIME TO DELIVER SERVICE' time specifed at the time of ordering.
For 'DELAYED IMEI' orders, customers will be automatically alerted via email to any change of status to their order. Customers should refer to specific details on delivery times of unlock codes before placing their order.
- For orders where the delivery method is 'CABLE': The required software, username, password and instructions will all be presented to the customer in such a manner that the process of unlocking the handset can be performed with relative ease. This service is delivered instantly.
DELIVERY OF DELAYED UNLOCK CODES
- We will endevour to deliver unlock codes within 72 business hours (Monday to Friday).
For example, if you order codes on a Thursday or Friday, you may not get them delivered until the following Monday or Tuesday. If you order codes on a Saturday or Sunday, you should only begin to count 72 hours from Monday morning onwards and your codes should be delivered before Wednesday or Thursday the following week.
- If we are unable to deliver a delayed unlock code withn a 96 hour period (Monday - Friday), we will provide a full refund within the 96th hour.
- Unfortunately, due to the nature of our order processing system, we cannot modify or cancel orders for delayed unlock codes once they have been placed.
- If we are unable to source an unlock code for any reason, a full refund will only be provided when at least 96 business hours (Mon-Fri) have passed since the time of ordering.
UNLOCKING INSTRUCTIONS
All unlocking services are provided with implicit and full instructions on how to perform the unlocking process of the handset. Our instructions are clear and concise and must be followed carefully.
BACKUP OF IMPORTANT DATA
Customers are strongly advised to make sure that their 'Contacts', 'Messages' and any other important data is properly backed up to a secure location prior to attempting any unlocking procedure. In almost all procedures, all data should remain in tact during the unlock process. However, we cannot accept responsibility for the loss of customer data should this occur for any reason.
CUSTOMER ERROR
In circumstances where a customer has provided incorrect data and a genuine mistake has been made, we will endeavour to update the order and re-deliver the unlock codes within 4 hours. Re-processing of incorrect orders (Typically, where a customer has made a mistake) should take no longer than 24 hours.
NOKIA: 'CANNOT UNDO RESTRICTION' MESSAGE
In a small number (around 2%) of orders received for Nokia Unlock Codes, there exist some handsets which are in a state of 'cannot undo restriction'. This state means that someone has already attempted to unlock the handset using 5 incorrect codes. This state also means that it is no longer possible to unlock the handset using unlock codes. Instead, the handset must be unlocked using specialist cable and software. It is not possible to tell if a handset is in this state until you attempt to unlock it. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds to customers who receive this message when attempting to unlock their handset using our codes.

- 100% money back guarantee applies only where a customer has provided correct and accurate information on their handset.
- 100% money back guarantee DOES NOT APPLY where customer assumes they are buying a PIN code or SECURITY code which has been changed from the factory default and set by owner. Our unlock codes do not bypass these locks. Our unlock codes ONLY unlock the SIM card restriction and allow use of a rival network operator.
- 100% money back guarantee DOES NOT apply if message received when attempting to unlock Nokia handset is "Cannot Undo Restricton".
- For a refund to be provided, customers must also prove that their codes have failed by providing a detailed account of the procedure they followed and any error messages they received.
- Money Back Guarantee does not apply where customer has sought an alternative unlocking solution before properly and fully receiving the service ordered from us.
- To claim against the 100% money back guarantee, a customer must inform us of their failed unlock attempt within 48 hours of receipt of their instructions. We are unable to provide refunds if the customer does not contact us within this time period.
- 'TIME TO DELIVER SERVICE' times should only be used as an estimate of how long a service should take to be delivered. 100% Money Back Guarantee does not apply to delays in delivery if the service is delivered later than expected.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide correct data. No refunds shall be given for incorrect data supplied. However, we may choose to re-generate codes for free or at a nominal additional charge if a genuine mistake has been made.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
- We will always endeavour to take reasonable care to ensure that all of your personal details provided to us are stored securely using standard industry practices.
- Your personal details will only ever be kept for the purposes of processing your order(s).
- We will never pass any of your details on to a 3rd party without your prior consent.
- We do not store customer payment card details, these are passed directly to our payment provider(s) for the purposes of payment only.
- You can ask for your details to be completely removed from our database at anytime.
FRAUD
MOBILEUNLOCKED.COM will not tolerate any attempts to obtain goods by fraudulent means.

UK SPECIFIC TERMS
If a handset is reported lost or stolen (or abused), it may well be 'Blacklisted' (also known as 'Blocked' or 'Barred'), preventing it from ever being used again in the UK on any of the major networks. It is not possible to find out if a 'Sim Locked' or 'SP Locked' handset has been 'Blacklisted' from any particular network or all major networks without first performing the 'unlock' procedure using our services. Therefore, if we undertake an unlock and you find out the phone is in fact logged as stolen or abused, we cannot then refund your payment. We will undertake the job you request but cannot legally make a 'blacklisted' handset work again.
