How to Unlock the Gleam

  1. Turn on the Motorola Gleam with a non accepted SIM card
  2. When the phone request a "SIM Network Unlock PIN" or "Subsidy Unlock Code" you should type in the code we sent you
  3. Then press the "Unlock" button and your phone will be unlocked

If any other message is displayed, this may mean that you entered the incorrect unlock code. In that case leave the phone on with that message displayed for at least 45 minutes, and if that doesn't clear it then get in touch with us to tell us what the message is.

What Do I Receive

Once your order has been placed for a Motorola unlock code, we'll run the search based on the IMEI you have given us, and then email you with 2 unlock codes. Because some networks work differently than others, it will one of the two unlock codes that work for you. Don't worry with attempting the incorrect one as this will not damage or freeze the phone at all. You'll also receive the instructions on how to enter the code in your phone.
