Almost as easy as it sounds. Use the dropdown menu or on our homepage to select your phone's make and model or simply use the search area, if you'd prefer.
On the page you are taken to after selecting your model, you will see an order form. You need to input some basic personal details and your phone's IMEI number - to find this type * # 0 6 # on the phone. We only need to know the first 15 digits. We may also need to know what network the phone is currently locked to. Some phones will have an option of different unlock tools - they do the same thing but may cost more/less and take more/less time.
We are unable to start searching for an unlock code until your payment has been completed. It can only be done online using a valid credit/debit card or a Paypal account. As soon as this happens, you will receive a receipt email, and a separate order confirmation email. Be sure to check your spam/junk email folder if you don't receive both emails.
At some point within the estimated delivery time we will email you your unlock code (unless there are unexpected delays with specific suppliers) or software download link and login details.
In the email with your unlock codes will either be the complete unlocking instructions or a link to the instructions on how to use the code to unlock your phone. Your phone will then be permanently unlocked and able to be used on any network.
